COVID Information and Protocol

ALL riders and volunteers must sign the COVID – 19 liability release; parents must sign for those under 18.

COVID Liability Release

Riders and volunteers please take your temperature before leaving home; if you have a fever of 100.4 or any of the symptoms listed below, please stay home.

Riders

Before entering the arena, all family members will sanitize their hands and have their temperature taken.  The symptom checklist must be reviewed and signed
Sanitize your hands each time you enter the arena
The playground and Ranch porch are closed
Bathrooms are open and will be sanitized frequently
Please utilize the distance markers on the bleacher
Horses, tack, helmets and arena toys will be sanitized by staff after each lesson

Volunteers
Please check in at the barn picnic table, sanitize your hands, get a temperature check and review the symptom checklist
Sanitize your hands each time you enter the arena
The name tag cabinet will be sanitized daily
Bathrooms are open and will be sanitized frequently
Please utilize the distance markers on the bleachers

Horses will be handed off to barn staff after each lesson for tack to be sanitized. Do not enter the barn area

We want to be able to provide riding and camp to all our students.  Should anyone come on property with any of the COVID-19 symptoms, remain in the area and then end up testing positive for the virus the Ranch will have to shut down for 2 weeks.  A two-week closure will mean no camp or riding sessions.
If you are not feeling well or have any of the following symptoms – PLEASE stay home.
In the past two weeks have you or anyone in your household:
  • Tested positive for COVID-19; been tested for COVID-19; think they could have COVID-19
  • Have you or anyone in your household (including children) had one of these symptoms or been in close contact with anyone with one of these symptoms: Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Fever 100.4 or greater; Chills; New loss of taste or smell; Vomiting or diarrhea (children only)
Kind Regards,
Wings of Eagles Ranch Board of Directors
