Summer Camps

We are so excited for summer camp 2024! We are anticipating a great summer with so many new ideas swirling around our heads and we can’t wait to share all this with our campers. Due to the increased demand and interest of our summer camps, signup and registration will be different than in years past, so please read carefully. 
  1. We invite all prospective campers to fill out the Summer Camp Application via WingsOfEaglesRanch.org on February 5th and give us your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd options. Due to the inability to get completed applications in to us in a timely manner, we will be moving to a “First Come/First Serve” process in hopes that this will take less staffing time on our end.  
  2. Completed applications can be mailed to or dropped off at Wings of Eagles Ranch Monday-Thursday. Due to the fact we need original signatures, we will not accept emailed applications. We are still looking at programs that can accommodate this.  
  3. Applications must include a 4x6 picture of your child (standing, head-to-toe pictured, so we can see the child’s size to match to the appropriate horse)
  4. Since we are blessed to be staffed with the Cabarrus College of Health Sciences & RCCC Occupational Therapy Assistant programs for Adv I & Adv III camps, those spots are ONLY for children with moderate to severe disabilities along with their siblings.
  5. Upon review of completed applications, we will place children according to their needs and our staffing. Then, we will contact the parent/guardian offering a camp spot. If you choose to accept the camp offered, a non refundable deposit will be due within 1 week.
  6. Final payments are due April 1, 2024 along with the signed physician form. If all payments and the physician form are not received by this date, you will be placed on the waitlist and another child will be offered your spot.

New Camper's - you MUST SCHEDULE A SITE VISIT prior to submitting an application.
Please make sure you have your camp deposit & a current 4x6 picture of your camper. 
​Final payments are due April 1st with the doctor's authorization.
​Non-refundable deposit must be made via cash or check.​
Camp Payments can be made on-line by texting: RANCH to 732-56 and checking the appropriate camp. 
Also, the bank fee box MUST be checked for us to continue to offer this service.
