Summer Camps

Magnifying God's Handiwork - Psalm 34:3

We are so excited for summer camp 2025! We are anticipating a great summer with so many new ideas swirling around our heads and we can’t wait to share all this with our campers. Due to the increased demand and interest of our summer camps, signup and registration will be different than in years past, so please read carefully.
  1. We invite all prospective campers to fill out the Summer Camp Application via WingsOfEaglesRanch.org which will be posted on January 28th and give us your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd options. Due to the inability to get completed applications in to us in a timely manner, we will be moving to a “First Come/First Serve” process in hopes that this will take less staffing time on our end.
  2. Completed applications can be completed online, mailed to or dropped off at Wings of Eagles Ranch Monday-Thursday.
  3. Applications must include a 4x6 picture of your child (standing, head-to-toe pictured, so we can see the child’s size to match to the appropriate horse)
  4. Since we are blessed to be staffed with the Cabarrus College of Health Sciences & RCCC Occupational Therapy Assistant programs for Adv I & Adv III camps, those spots are ONLY for children with moderate to severe disabilities along with their siblings.
  5. Upon review of completed applications, we will place children according to their needs and our staffing. Then, we will contact the parent/guardian offering a camp spot.
  6. Final payments are due April 1, 2025 along with the signed physicians form. If all payments and the physicians form are not received by this date, you will be placed on the waitlist and another child will be offered your spot.
  7. We have scholarship options available! See below for the pricing breakdown. We are committed to making our programs accessible to as many families as possible. Below is a breakdown of the actual cost per rider to participate. We believe in being transparent with our community and want to give everyone the opportunity to understand the full cost of programming. While we recognize that some families may only be able to pay the minimum required amount, we encourage families to broker connections with their local community to help offset these costs. By fostering these partnerships, we can continue to provide high-quality programming while keeping it accessible.
