Volunteer With Purpose!

Our volunteers help create opportunities for growth, confidence, and independence for individuals with special needs in a supportive, welcoming environment.

From therapeutic riding lessons to summer camps, field trips, special events, and ranch maintenance, there are many meaningful ways to get involved and make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. Whether you’re assisting in riding lessons, supporting campers during school breaks, lending a hand at fundraising events, or helping care for our horses and facilities, every volunteer plays a vital role in keeping our ranch running strong. We provide training, guidance, and a welcoming community so you feel confident and supported in your role.

No matter your skills, schedule, or experience level, there’s a place for you at Wings of Eagles Ranch. Your time and dedication help create a safe, joyful environment where our riders, campers, and families can thrive.

Requirements

We welcome mature volunteers ages 14 and older who are eager to serve with care, respect, and a heart for others. To help create a safe and honoring environment for our riders, horses, and fellow team members, we ask that volunteers dress modestly and practically while on the ranch. Please avoid spaghetti-strap tops, short shorts, or overly baggy pants. For safety, closed-toe shoes are required—tennis shoes or hiking boots are strongly recommended. By dressing appropriately, volunteers help us maintain a safe, respectful space where everyone can focus on serving and growing together.

If you are interested in volunteering with us, fill out the form. It will include:

  • The initial application
  • Your availability
  • Any medical needs
  • A background check form
  • Release forms


We would appreciate all volunteers signing up for at least 2-3 classes at a time. It is still fine you aren’t able to volunteering for multiple classes.

Volunteer training

For new volunteers only.
After you finish filling out the Application we require all volunteers to attend a mandatory volunteer training session.

Serve Beyond the Saddle

Fundraising

Throughout the year we host a variety of events and programs to help with funding our operations. Volunteers are needed to help plan and execute these events.

Work Days

Every month volunteers are invited to come help us prepare for upcoming events. It involves a wide variety of maintenance chores, from painting and weeding to construction and tree removal.

Boy scouts

The Boy Scouts are always welcome. Many projects have been conducted at the ranch and we are so thankful. Please call us if you are interested in checking out how you can help.
